Love Handles are one of the trickiest places to reduce flab. It is that part of the body, where fat accumulates real fast and takes lot of time and effort to get rid of the excessive layers of fat.
Yoga helps a great deal in combating the accumulation of fat in sides. Various stretching and twisting poses, challenge different layers of abdominal muscles and help in toning down the abs as well as the sides.
To get rid of love handles, 'Halasana' and side stretching are very helpful because they challenges all layers of the ab muscles. Practice this pose at your own pace and don't bend lower than is comfortable. For best results, do every other day.
