Migraine is a vascular headache caused by the inflammation and irritation of the nerve endings resulting from the expansion of the blood vessels of the surface of the brain. It is a chronic disease that affects a lot of people these days.
Yoga helps a great deal in treatment of migraine. Various yoga mudras and asanas combine relevant amount of physical movements, attitudes or gestures that focus on relaxing the body. Main purpose of these is to improve the working of the endocrine system and the glands in your body. They will also help to de-stress you and shift your mood to a more relaxed one.
