Eyes are one of the most sensitive organ of our body, yet we ignore taking care of them, until it becomes unavoidable. To stay healthy, the eyes also need to be exercised and relaxed.

Some of the Yoga exercises keep your eyes free from strain and also help those with eye problems. Eyes get tired and dry from over use and improper lighting.

The eyes are like any other muscle in the human body or rather, the lens of the eye is a muscle which needs to be exercised and kept flexible in order to perform its function properly throughout the duration of your life. Yoga exercises help in toning the vital nerves, loosen the cervical vertebrae, neck and shoulders, improve blood flow to the brain and so help reduce tension and calm the mind.
