Marzipan chocolate is a variation on the nut-filled chocolate. Instead of the crunchiness of roughly crushed nuts, marzipan is made of finely powdered almonds and icing sugar. The mature taste of almonds is combined with the intense sweetness of icing sugar and this mixture is filled into chocolate shells. The creaminess of the chocolate blends with the sugar-almond sweetness to produce a delicious chocolate.
