Biscuit chocolate is a very simple, unpretentious preparation. However, its simplicity does not detract from its wholesome taste. Here we have a lightly flavoured, crisp biscuit encased in a covering of milk chocolate. The rich sweetness of the chocolate is tempered by the blandness and body of the biscuit.
