Katori Chaat - Chatpata Chaat Reloaded Making Course

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, here comes a surprise! This amazing preparation combines visual pleasure with the delectable taste of chaat. Here we have a little edible container made of crisply fried wheat flour, which filled with all the chaat ingredients. The filling is a tongue-tingling mixture of boiled, diced potato, boiled channa, finely chopped tomato and onion, the green and tamarind chutneys. All this is flavoured with chilli powder, cumin powder and chaat masala. The whole mixture is dressed with a dash of curd, sev and chopped coriander leaves. The filling is piled into the delightfully attractive little container, just before serving. This is an imaginative take on traditional chaat!
