Here is a die-hard chaat lover’s favourite. It has a wonderfully earthy taste with all the flavours as strong as each other. In this chaat, we have a combination of curried dried peas in a thick, spicy gravy, spooned over crisply fried puris and crowned with the green chutney, tamarind chutney, sev and chopped coriander leaves. The taste of this chaat is strong and spicy with a touch of sweetness from the chutneys.
