The Vision of NMIMS is to be a world-class center of excellence in management learning and innovation driven by social sensitivity and state of the art technology. To better understand the Industry requirements, we had conducted an in-depth study and had interactions with a cross section of industry leaders. These indicated that managers in the industries would be more effective with a strong foundation in the concerned engineering discipline. By integrating engineering and management in one single capsule to address a major industry requirement programme, MBA (TECH) programme was launched by NMIMS in the year 2004, which was the first of it’s kind in the country.
The curriculum covers engineering courses in selected disciplines and the management courses relevant to that technology area. It is an integration of technology and management with the higher proportions of Technological inputs in the initial stages and moving towards “Technology Management” in the later stages of the course.
PROGRAMME DURATION AND INTAKE
The course of study for the Master of Business Administration in Technology, MBA-Tech. shall extend over five years consisting of fifteen trimesters.

Admission Process
Online Registration Registration Online on NMIMS website & Pay registration fee of Rs 1600/- (Non refundable) by Credit Card, Cash at Axis Bank & by Demand Draft. (Please refer online registration for payment details.)
Online Test
All eligible candidates who are registered successfully & will be called for the online test, scheduled on 12th May 2013.
Call Letter / Admit Card
1. On the basis of information indicted in the Application Form, your call letter/ admit card for the Admission Test & the venue (School/College) at each centre will be communicated to the candidate as per important dates through the website.
2. Please check important dates put on the website.
3.You are required to download the call letter/admit card from our NMIMS website . No candidate, without call letter/admit card or without the photograph on the call letter/admit card will be permitted to appear for the test.
5. No separate call letter will be mailed/posted.
6. Candidate must carry requisite ID proof while appearing for NMAT(UG) 2013.
Selection Process
1. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidate in NMAT(UG) 2013.
2. Candidates will be called for counseling session at Mumbai based on the merit list.
3. In the counseling session candidates will be given admission to various disciplines as per their merit, choice and availability of discipline as per eligibility criteria.
4. The decision of the institute will be final in this regard and no inquiries or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering (MPSTME) is a dream come true for NMIMS and SVKM as we are expanding our forte and growing in capacity to enter a different avenue of education–technology. Today, as the industry grows along with our nation, the need for new technology is simply inevitable. And more than this need, the improvement in the currently available technology is extremely essential.
The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in the areas of greatest demand and scope, with a student centric environment.
The modern state-of-the-art facilities are developed to provide a conducive atmosphere for Teaching, Learning and All-Round Development of the students.
MPSTME offers Engineering and Technology management programs at its Mumbai and Shirpur campuses. Hostel facilities with all modern amenities are available for boys and girls at both campuses.
