Hardware Diagnostics Software using World Famous Utilities. Card level Troubleshooting.

11) Virtualization –Running Multiple OS in Single OS- Vmware

Module II - Networking
Introducing LAN, WAN- Basic OSI Model, TCP/IP Model, IP addressing (Public and Private) and Ports, Hub, Switch. UTP cable- Straight through and Cross Cable, UTP Cable Crimping, UTP Color Codes, Purpose and Use of DHCP and DNS server for small Network.  (From NTMS)

Wireless LAN or Wi-FI Network - IEEE 802.11 Overview, 802.11 Architecture, Understand the fundamental concepts and operating principles of Wi-Fi, Installation and Configuration of Wireless LAN cards in OS, Access Points.

Building a Corporate Desktop PC - Windows 8 with Ms Office 2013 in Network

Installing and Upgrading Windows 7/8 Identify hardware requirements. Perform a clean installation. Upgrade to Windows 7/8 from previous versions of Windows. Upgrade from one edition of Windows 7/8 to another edition. Troubleshoot Windows 7/8 installation issues. Install and configure Windows 7/8 drivers.

Internet – Antivirus, Firewall, Antispyware and Software Applications in Windows 7/8, Internet connectivity, Web/Email & Chatting. Internet Proxy Setup Internet Connection Sharing. Configuring email client software for POP3 and SMTP Server, Workgroup of PCs using Networking, Data and Printer sharing.

Module III: Server OS

• Introduction of Cisco Switch and Router.

• Windows 2008 & 2012 Server OS – Different version of windows 2008/2012 OS, Windows 2008/2012 Installation and Configuration,

• Form Windows 2008 / 2012  Server based Network

• Creating Single Domain and add domain controller using windows 2012.

• Add computer accounts like windows 7 and windows 8.

• Managing shared and NTFS permission.

• Add DHCP server and DNS server.(Basic Setup)

• Manage Windows based host Firewall.
