The course is aimed at individuals interested in pursuing careers as amateur/semi-professional/professional photography with varied specializations.

Course Description

The one year intensive programme gives students a blend of technical and creative learning with various specializations. Students undergo a sound learning on technical aspects of photography ranging from using various formats of digital technology in photography, lighting techniques, fundamentals of photography & editing for photography using high end professional equipment and resources.

The programme allows students to explore their visual communication skills and creative thinking and communicate them through images. Higher emphasis is given on developing the creative ability and fuses individuality and helps each student develop a signature style towards their work. Students explore various projects in fashion, travel, wildlife, product, interior, art & conceptual photography. Conceptual photography supported extensively by the School of Fashion and School of Art at FAD International. Further students make several travel journeys, explore live assignments and conceptual photography supported extensively by the School of Fashion and School of Art at FAD International.

During the year students present several exhibits and understand the commercial aspects of the industry prior to stepping onto the highly exciting and inspiring industry.

FAD Europe Tour

The tour gives students an exclusive opportunity to visits some of the worlds finest Art, Design & Meida destinations. Students get an oppurtunity to shoot live projects during the tour in association with other departments at FAD.

Further, students get lectured at some of worlds leading photography & meida universities in Italy & UK and get oppurtunites to work on stduio and outdoor shoots as well.
