Basic Photography (3 months)
The Basic Photography Course provides an understanding of the visual and technical skills necessary to pursue and appreciate digital photography.
You will learn the fundamentals of using digital SLRs, the rules of composition, the basics of working in different lighting scenarios and elementary Photoshop skills for processing and editing images.
Advanced Photography and Portfolio Design
Studio Photography (3 months)
This module aims at immersing students in the universe of the professional studio and at familiarizing them with advanced photography, studio lighting and post-production techniques.
You will learn advanced photography techniques such as High Key Lighting, Lighting setups for Fashion Photography and Flash Photography with Speedlights. You will also learn Skin Cleanup and Skin Enhancement techniques in Adobe Photoshop. By the end of the module, you will create your very own portfolio featuring Fashion, Dance, Portrait, Product, or Concept photography.
Documentary Photography (3 months)
The documentary photography module is designed for those who wish to specialize in the documentation of significant events, places, people and objects. The main focus is to teach students to tell stories visually through photo-essays.
In addition to advanced photography techniques such as Panorama, Timelapse and Flash Photography in low light conditions, you will learn advanced Image Enhancement techniques in Adobe Photoshop. You will work on photo-essays comprising Street Photography, Industrial/Factory Photography, Events, Architectural Photography, Product Documentation & Concept Photography.
Advanced Image Manipulation (3 months)
This course brings you up to date with the latest practices in the world of commercial photography and conceptual photo art, using all the tools and techniques available in Photoshop.
You will learn advanced photo retouching, complex background replacement, poster/magazine cover design, print commercial layouts and conceptual photo art.
