This fresh and spicy chutney can add zing to any meal, but is generally served with a variety of chaats. Its basic ingredients are coriander and mint leaves, onions, ginger and green chillies, ground with lemon juice. The green chutney has a delicate flavour, enhancing the more robust tastes of the other items of the chaat. This delicate sauce can even serve as an accompaniment to dishes like kebabs and pulaos.

Priya's Rasoi Ghar
I have loved cooking from a very early age and learnt from my mother, those little secrets that are passed on from generation to generation. After marriage, I learnt a few more tips from my husband’s family, adding to my repertoire of culinary magic. My husband’s family being Gujarati opened my world to north Indian cuisine, which I’ve cherished cooking for over 25 years now!
Every dish I have made is never by blindly following a recipe. It has always been a labour of love, carefully thought out and incorporating subtle changes to enhance the taste and flavor. In all these years, I have experimented with various cuisines, Indian, of course, but also Chinese, Mexican and Italian, to name a few. Besides the main course dishes, I’ve specialized in chocolates and exotic desserts.
This venture is a culmination of delighting family and friends with interesting and delicious preparations. After much coaxing from them, I have decided to share my culinary secrets with those who see cooking as an art and wish to excel at it.
