Advance Cakes (Advance Course)

Advance Cakes is a 4 week intensive program, designed to train its course participants in the fine art of baking and decorating cakes with world class perfection. This course is an ideal choice for enthusiasts with a basic knowledge of baking cakes or professionals who wish to focus on their cake baking and decorating skills.

This course costs Rs.30,000.00 (INR) and is scheduled thrice a week from 12:00 pm to 05:00 pm. Sessions will include hands on practical training with printed recipes.

A starter pack will be provided, which includes: notepad, pen, apron, kitchen napkin, disposable cap, gloves and a takeaway box.

The curriculum includes original, preservative free recipes which are taught with ingredients that are locally available.

WEEK 1 & 2

I. Types of Sponge (9 recipes)

II. Icings ( 12 recipes)

III. Assembling the cake (15 recipes)

WEEK 3

IV. Anytime Cakes (50 recipes)

WEEK 4

V. Cake Decoration (26 recipes)

VI. Practical Test

A practical test will be conducted at the end of the course. Participants who successfully pass will be given a letter of recommendation from the Chef.
