RYS 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training

This is a comprehensive Yoga instructor training, designed in accordance with the 200 hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. It is Yoga Alliance Approved. At the end of the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, simply by sending in a copy of your certificate.

We specialize in classes of smaller groups, with a maximum of 12 students per course in order to give the students more personal attention.

This four-week intensive Yoga Teacher Training is an exceptionally high quality, comprehensive, and transformative experience. This Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour course is passionately and masterfully led by Yogi Sivadas.

Contact hours with Yogi Sivadas Classroom hours with teacher (attendance mandatory)

• Teaching methodology

• Mudra’s/ Bandha’s/ Kriya’s

Non Contact hours : Students familiarize themselves with theoretical aspects of yoga, prepare assignments/ presentations and practice independently

Cost : INR 100,000/-

Maximum Group size : 12 people (individual applications are considered and organized by the school)

Daily Schedule :

TTC 200 Program 7 contact hours a day.

(Every Tuesday - Free day, no contact hours, time for rest and openbook assignments)

• 05.30 to 06:30 - Wake up and shower, fresh

• 07:00 to 08:00 - Chanting & Pranayama

• 08:00 to 10:00 - Morning Asana Class Tribal Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

• 10:00 to 11:00 - Break fast

• 11:00 to 13:00 - Karma Yoga

• 13:00 to 14:00 - Lunch

• 14:00 to 16:00 - Main Lecture (Yoga Principles / Philosophy / Yoga Sutra / History / Pathanjali Sutras/Theory on Teaching Training)

• 16:00 to 18:00 - Evening Asana Practice Tribal Hatha Yoga

• 18:00 to 20:00 - Free time for shower light dinner

• 20:00 to 22:00 - organization daily notes, reading and working on weekly assignments

• 22:00 to 05.30 - Sleep and sweet dreams
