The Fun with Cookies series are mostly based on seasonal themes like Christmas, Valentines, Easter or social themes like Kids Party, Wedding, Ladies Fashion or nature themes like Flowers and Bees, Animal Zoo or children's classics like Princess theme or Super Heroes!
This fun course explores the unlimited possibilities you have when decorating Cookies. The course will demo the baking of a basic base cookie, other recipes will be discussed and finally in a hands on session you will decorate your own set of cookies with royal icing and fondant. Do one or master them all and get ready to tackle a cookie project for any season! Check the Course Schedule page to see which theme we are offering this month.

Culinary & Cake Decorating School
At CCDS we are focused on developing the students’ relationship with food. We offer hands-on cooking and cake decorating classes designed to tempt your palate while increasing your knowledge and appreciation of the culinary arts. Our aim is to provide a wide range of technical skills while also developing your own individual creative expression.
Each of our cooking sessions with a qualified instructor includes a full sampling of all dishes prepared, course specific handouts and lots of relevant information that is most current. All materials and equipment (other than tools for cake decorating courses) are provided to complete each session successfully.
CCDS has trained several thousands of food enthusiasts since 1995 and we are very proud to be the only specialized cake decorating school in the country. Cake Decorating is not a subject matter for our instructors, it is their life. We are passionate about teaching you the tricks of the trade so that you can make designer cakes like the pros.
Classes are intense with lots of passion and most find it to be an enjoyable and fun loving experience. We offer courses both for the beginner or the seasoned food aficionado. Please read through CCDS courses offered to get a sense of what is being offered currently.
