Easy Home Style Italian (Vegtarian) Course

Medium of instruction: | English |
Instead of using her Italian, German and English language skills, Daniela Patel tested her culinary talents on her husband’s friends, and, on their suggestion that she open a restaurant, started her own food business. It features dishes that most urban Mumbaikars would be familiar with, such as stuffed mushrooms, lasagne, ravioli, risotto and tiramisu. Then there are some that are different from anything we’ve had in any of Mumbai’s Italian restaurants but they are all from a real Italian home.
Learn Basic and conversational Italian with Patrizia while cooking.
The Italian Embassy Cultural Centre – Mumbai Section, or Istituto Italiano di Cultura (IIC) is part of a worldwide network of 90 Italian government offices established in all continents with a view to promoting Italian culture and civilization. Among their main tasks, the IICs organize cultural events, offer courses of Italian language and civilization, facilitate contacts between Italian and local researchers and scholars and cooperate with local cultural organizations and academic institutions.
One of two such offices in India (along with New Delhi), the Istituto in Mumbai was established in 2013 and is located in South Mumbai, at Kemps Corner, in the beautiful Kanchanjunga Building, within the premises of the Consulate General of Italy.
Who doesn’t love the wholesome deliciousness of Italian food? Learn to make authentic dishes, minus the meat, and plus a whole lot of goodness.
