Questions about User Accounts

Q. How many user accounts can I create in the software?
Ans: You can create maximum of 20 user accounts in the software for your family members.

Q. I do not see my name in User Id dropdown on Login Screen. How do I add myself/create a new account?
Ans: Please ask the software user with administrator privileges to create an account for you in the software.

Q. I have created my Login Id and forgotten my password. What should I do?
Ans: You can go to 'Forgot Password' link and answer the secret question to reset your password.

Note: We do not have any access to your user ids and password. Hence it is recommended that you always write and keep your user id/passwords in a safe place. Software provides you options of saving your password in a file, printing it for your future reference or helping you send a copy of the same to your email account for safe keeping whenever you add/edit your profile information. Support team will not be able to help you if you lose your password.

Q. Can unauthorised people access the software?
Ans: No. Unless a valid user id /password is entered you cannot access the software.

Q. What should I do if my account is hacked?
Ans: If you feel your account has been hacked, you should immediately reset your password and your secret questions. Also, your password should have atleast 6 characters consisting of digits, alphabets and special characters and should be difficult to guess by others.
