Ans: If this occurs, please try inserting any other disk to confirm if the drive is working. If our CD is indeed not readable, you can download the software executable by clicking on this link. Install the software using this download executable file, and then follow the steps listed in the user guide.

Q. Do I need special privileges to install Vobium Health Manager?
Ans: Yes. You need Admin rights to install the software on a Windows machine.

Q. Who can uninstall Vobium Health Manager?
Ans: Any person with admin rights on windows operating system can uninstall Vobium Health Manager (similar to other softwares). We recommend you to take a backup of your data before uninstalling the software.

Q. On which operating systems does Vobium Health Manager currently work?
Ans: Vobium Health Manager works on Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. We recommend using latest service packs on each system.

Q. Can I use the same CD to install Vobium Health Manager on multiple machines?
Ans: No. When you buy a copy of Vobium Health Manager software, it gives you the right to install and use it on only one computer or laptop. If you want to install and use it on second computer, you have to buy another license (one more copy).

Q. After inserting the CD in CD/DVD drive, installation process did not start?
Ans: Normally it takes couple of minutes for the set up wizard to start after inserting CD into the drive. In case the set up wizard does not start automatically, open 'My Computer' (Windows XP)/ 'Computer' (Windows Vista, Windows 7), select the CD/DVD drive and launch the installation file Vobium_Health_Manager.exe by double clicking on it.
