Ans: Yes, you can share your records with other software users of the family using the "Sharing Rights" feature.

Q. How secure is my data?
Ans: Only authenticated users (users with valid user id/password) are allowed to access the software. Plus as added security data is encrypted before being stored on your computer. It is also recommended that you take necessary steps to protect your data from malicious use and from hackers e.g. creating though to break passwords, having anti-virus protection, having latest OS level patches etc.
