Web Fundamentals, Graphics & Interactivity - Semester I

This semester of web master training is completely emphasized on web fundamentals, web graphics, & various web technologies which are necessary to design a website. You will learn basics of web designing including World Wide Web, various protocols, internet, contemporary technologies for website creation, Flash animations, and many web case studies during this semester.

Apart from theoretical topics we will put focus on all practical aspects that are necessary to create websites using leading computer applications i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash, & Dreamweaver etc. This will develop the skills and knowledge for 'front-end' online publishing. You will gain knowledge of screen based communication and work flows in various industry applications too. The program will cover web design basics, interface designing, graphics optimizations, application UI creations, & online branding etc.

Web Fundamentals & Graphic - Module I

In this module, you will be taught about web fundamentals, web technologies & web design industry. It will help you in exploring your interest and you will be gaining knowledge which is necessary for the forthcoming topics in this module.

Here, we will discuss about web graphics, it is very useful for creating stunning user interface designs. We know very well that without having a sound knowledge about the basics of design, one can't create professional user interface for the websites. So, geometric design order is a necessary element to know. It explores creative applications for a geometrical approach to page composition.

Have a look at some popular classic proportional systems i.e. Golden Section, Golden Spiral, Fibonacci sequence, Root 2 Rectangle, & the Rule of Third. Lines, curves, circles, angles, bars, squares, & patterns are very important part of this module. Production houses and media companies always look for the candidate who can create design with the sense, so we also concentrate on the Importance of Balance, Negative Space, & Strong Focal Points.
