Multimedia Standard Course

Multimedia Standard is an 18 Months career program by ADMEC Multimedia Institute, spread over III Semester. This is an advanced and in-depth training of multimedia which prepares you for careers in various concentrations within the specialization in every aspect of multimedia in the industry. This is a semi-versatile course covering the Graphic & Web Design, Audio/Video Editing and multimedia. Multimedia Standard is a highly accepted program by ad agencies, publishing houses, news channels, and all video and audio editing studios.

Upon completion the Multimedia Standard course, you emerge as technically proficient, innovative and creative thinkers, with a good command over design principles, design theory and which helps them in their career in multimedia industry.

Graphic Design & Artistry - Semester I

First semester of multimedia standard is graphic design and ADMEC Multimedia Institute focus on intelligent, innovative creativity and industry based production. This module of multimedia standard is completely dedicated to train all the students for handling every kind of job responsibilities related with print media. This part nurtures basics of creativity, lay outings, corporate identity, advertising, and everything necessary for next semesters.

After completion of this semester, you will gain basic knowledge for interview for entry-level career opportunities with organizations, educational institutions, agencies, entertainment companies, and publications etc.

Web Design & Interactivity - Semester II

After completion of first semester, that was completely dedicated to print media, now let us start something new for what every student is looking for. This module of multimedia standard program is all about is Web Design, and it will develop the skills and knowledge for 'Front End' online publishing. Candidate will get trained of screen based communication and working style in various industry applications. The multimedia standard program will cover interface design, rich media design, online brand creation, graphics optimizations, website promotion, and maintenance too.

This multimedia course curriculum is a complete solution to the design, creation, and maintenance of web pages and web sites. With it, you can critically evaluate web site quality, learn to create and maintain quality web pages, learn about web design standards and what their importance, and learn to create and manipulate images.

Audio-Video Post Production Semester III

Third semester of multimedia standard program is the most entertaining and career oriented. In this part of the program you will be learning the techniques to edit videos, how new sound effects are created, and create all those eye catchy graphics for television channels and for promotional events. Audio Video Post Production provides the tools to teach the concepts, theories and practices that have become the visual language of our current media form. Television stations, major corporations, TV commercial companies are among the business that hires ADMEC students. Other opportunities include animation artist, special effects artist, broadcast graphics designer and video post production artist.

Collaborative Project

Here you will have to work with client side projects/ live projects and will have a degree of flexibility in choosing the orientation of their project. You work as a team and will be jointly responsible for the planning, conduct and outcome of the project, under the supervision of a member of staff acting as a guide. The project will be a significantly-sized production, with the objective of producing an output reflecting a real world need, together with accompanying documentation.

Learning Methodology:

• Implementation would be based on instructional design principles

• Classroom exercises, quizzes, and home assignments

• Continuous evaluation and feedback during the training

• Student has to pass through a very strong assessment system: Project Training, Practical Test, Theoretical Test, and a discussion (Viva)
