Bakery – Indian & International is a 6 week intensive program, designed to give its course participants in-depth knowledge of baking. It is designed for participants who want to pursue bakery as a passion, hobby or business.
This course costs Rs.36,000.00 (INR) and is scheduled thrice a week from 12:00 pm to 05:00 pm. Sessions will include hands on practical training with printed recipes.
A starter pack will be provided, which includes: notepad, pen, apron, kitchen napkin, disposable cap, gloves and a takeaway box.
The curriculum includes original, preservative free recipes which are taught with ingredients that are locally available.

III. Icings (6 recipes)
WEEK 4 & 5
IV. Pastry (24 recipes)
V. Cookies & Biscuits (25 recipes)
VI. Chocolates (15 recipes)
WEEK 6
VII. Dream Desserts (15 recipes)
VIII. Practical Test
A practical test will be conducted at the end of the course. Participants who successfully pass will be given a letter of recommendation from the Chef.
