The Bootcamp workout is the perfect balance between high intensity interval training and circuit routines. The Bootcamp workouts at Zink Fitness Studio will help our clients lose weight, ensure growth and strengthening of lean muscle and help them achieve their personal best. These workouts deliver the exhilaration of a fun, challenging, comprehensive, body changing workout in a studio environment. These workouts aim at strengthening the body by encouraging the clients to push themselves more than what they usually would at a gym. In the Bootcamp Workout, its truly about mind over body!
