A second series of more advanced flowers including life sized poinsettia, cymbidiyum orchid, peony and leaves. This course will cement basic skills, with emphasis on encouraging the student to develop their own understanding of how to recreate sugar replicas from nature.

Culinary & Cake Decorating School
At CCDS we are focused on developing the students’ relationship with food. We offer hands-on cooking and cake decorating classes designed to tempt your palate while increasing your knowledge and appreciation of the culinary arts. Our aim is to provide a wide range of technical skills while also developing your own individual creative expression.
Each of our cooking sessions with a qualified instructor includes a full sampling of all dishes prepared, course specific handouts and lots of relevant information that is most current. All materials and equipment (other than tools for cake decorating courses) are provided to complete each session successfully.
CCDS has trained several thousands of food enthusiasts since 1995 and we are very proud to be the only specialized cake decorating school in the country. Cake Decorating is not a subject matter for our instructors, it is their life. We are passionate about teaching you the tricks of the trade so that you can make designer cakes like the pros.
