Graduation (10+2+3) from a recognised University
MAT / CAT / XAT / ATMA / any other state level entrance test appeared.
Admission Procedure
Candidates with minimum 50% in Graduation (under 10+2+3 scheme) from a recognised University are exempted from the entrance test for admission.
Admission in PGDITM can be granted on the basis of MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA / any other state level test. Interested candidates with below 50% in graduation are required to appear in the test to be eligible for the interview. There will be no cut off score.
Interested candidates if not appeared in any mentioned test and with less than 50% in graduation, if desirous for admission in the same session are required to appear in the aptitude test. They may be given provisional admission with an undertaking that they will appear in the ensuing Aptitude Test (MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA / any other state level test ).

Overview, Content & Syllabus

AIMA-CME initiated the designing and launching of one of its flagship Programme PGDITM on IT Management in 1994. The perspective of IT Management has seen a major paradigm shift in terms of roles, responsibilities and skills addressing specific business activities. This felt need has driven AIMA-CME to completely revise and revamp the structure and curriculum of the Programme. AIMA-CME has collaborated with HCL Infosystems Ltd. as Technology partners for delivering this programme.

  • To provide the knowledge and competencies required for various roles in I T management career.

  • Develop conceptual and practical knowledge of IT applications such as Financial, Retail and Operations systems, managing change, knowledge management, project management, e-commerce and information risk management etc.

  • To impart practical trainings with the latest technologies used in Information Technology area.

Eligibility and Admission Process

Eligibility
Graduation (10+2+3) from a recognised University

Admission Procedure

Interview

Candidates short listed on the basis of above criteria would be called for Interview, which will be conducted at Study Centres all across the country. For AIMA-CME (Lodhi Road) New Delhi study centre, interview will be conducted at AIMA-CME office, Lodhi Road.

The OMR-registration form, which comes with CME’s prospectus, is compulsory to purchase before the admission interview from the AIMA Counter/Study Centers on payment of Rs. 500/- in cash or by post through a DD of Rs. 550/- in favor of ‘AIMA-CME’, payable at New Delhi.

The selected candidates after receiving admission offer letter will submit the required documents with a DD of programme fee of Rs. 25000/- in favor of All India Management Association-CME payable at New Delhi

Programme Structure

PGDITM has a modular structure. There are four modules in this programme. The first, second and fourth modules are common to all programme participants. The third module is specialisation module where one has the option to select one specialisation from 4 areas: Information Technology Systems, Financial Systems, Retail Systems and operations systems. Modular certificate is awarded on successful completion of each module. The titles of the certificates are as follows :
