Mexican Cooking Classes in Mumbai

Mexican cuisine is very popular amongst the vegetarians as Mexican dishes consist a lot of colourful vegetables and beans and the taste is very close to our Indian cooking – spicy and chatpata!! When we think of Mexican food we instantly picture a plate of Nachos dripping with Salsa and Cheese sauce!!

In all my International Cuisine classes I try to organize a complete menu, so that the students are aware as to what comprises an entire meal in any particular cuisine. The menu of my Mexican cooking class is – Mexican Rice, Tex Mex veggies, Nachos with Salsa and Cheese sauce, Tacos with Refried beans and Enchilladas. Everything is taught from scratch – even the Nachos and Tacos. And all the students get to make it themselves at my Mexican Cooking Classes in Mumbai!!

All the above classes are 1 day classes and we have very flexible timings. Classes are also conducted on weekends for the convenience of working women. Enjoy learning the art of cooking where all your queries will be answered patiently and you will be more confident with your skills.

We work with small groups so that no one is left unattended. Detailed notes are given for each class. All the dishes prepared are distributed evenly with all the students to take back to their families and share it with them.
