Chinese Cooking Classes in Mumbai
Chinese cuisine is one of the oldest cuisines introduced in India. The Chinese food that we have been eating since ever is actually quite Indianised. But as more people are travelling and getting savvier and of course with the introduction of many Pan Asian restaurants across Mumbai and India, Chinese Cuisine is far more developed and challenged. People now want to try delicately flavored soups, healthy dim sums and even healthier stir-fries.
The list of dishes is endless in my Chinese cooking classes, as there is so much to teach. Hence, I have divided it into 2 classes – Chinese starters and Chinese Mains.
Every woman surely has at least one or two of her favorite Chinese recipe worked out to her taste, but somehow can’t achieve that restaurant taste. The main question posed to me is “Will the Chinese food we make at home taste just like what we eat at restaurants?” Well, I assure you if you learn Chinese cooking at my classes it surely will. I say this with confidence, as I have trained under many Chefs, thus getting my flavours and techniques absolutely right!!
Chinese Snacks
Chilli Fish, Satay Chicken, Wantons, Schezwan Sauce, Chinese Bhel.
All the above classes are 1 day classes and we have very flexible timings. Classes are also conducted on weekends for the convenience of working women. Enjoy learning the art of cooking where all your queries will be answered patiently and you will be more confident with your skills.
We work with small groups so that no one is left unattended. Detailed notes are given for each class. All the dishes prepared are distributed evenly with all the students to take back to their families and share it with them.
