Overview, Content & Syllabus

Pilates as a fitness form was invented by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. At our centre we follow the Pilates repertoire of Michael King, London (established in 1980) and offer you both Matwork and Equipment based training.

Michale King has created his unique method by taking the latest evidence based research and applying it to the Joseph Pilates technique. Using the original goals of the method, he believes the technique must be adapted to 'best fit' the needs of the individual whether working with the Matwork or Equipments without compromising on any stated goals by Joseph Pilates.

Pilates practiced correctly can help you stabilise your local muscles essential to build a strong core to progress in the Pilates practice. This regime helps in improving concentration, control, flow, precision, balance and breathing.

  • Join us for two free trial classes

  • Beginner's class for all who are new to the practice

  • Private yoga classes can be provided

  • Weekend-Only yoga classes available for travelling professionals

  • Group classes in apartment condominiums can be organised based on the availability of a minimum number of participants

  • Each class is conducted for a duration of 60 minutes
