Objectives:
In this course an aspirant will learn to Finish & Polish an ornament.
After completion of the course, Candidate can do job in any Jewellery Manufacturing unit as a jewellery polisher or can start his own polishing unit.
Syllabus:
- Introduction to tools, consumables, and equipments
- Use of different files
- Technique for collection of dust of the filings
- Filing
- Thread polishing
- Buffing
- Use of Dust collector
- Operation and use of Ultrasonic cleaner, Steam cleaner and Magnetic polisher.
- Technique of filing, Finishing and polishing
- One month Internship
Batch Commences: Batch system is not applied on this course. Candidate can join as per his/ her convenience.
