Objectives:
In this course an aspirant will learn Metal Model making by using advanced machines & Techniques, and get knowledge of Investment mixing, De-waxing, Burnout cycles, Melting metal, Casting etc...
After completion of the course, candidate can cast Jewellery, and can start his/her Casting unit or can do job in any Jewellery Manufacturing unit.

- Investment mixing
- De-waxing procedure
- Purpose of Burnout cycles?
- Different Burnout cycles used in the casting
- Melting metal in the crucible, stirring procedure
- Operation and use of casting machine
- Precautions to be taken during melting of metal for the casting
- Principle, operation and use of casting machine
- Cleaning of investment powder from metal tree
- Defects in casting
- Hands on Practice
