Objectives:
In this course an aspirant will learn Metal Model making Techniques like Melting, Metal forming techniques, Bending, Collate Making, Soldering, Ring, Pendant, Earring, Lock & Linking making etc..

After completion of the course, candidate can make metal models, master pieces for casting. Can do job in jewellery manufacturing unit.

• Introduction to tools and consumables
• Introduction to various stone settings used in the jewellery making.
• Tracing and Piercing
• Melting metal and pouring metal in ingots
• Rolling and wire drawing procedure
• Principle of ring sizing,
• Different metal forming techniques used in the jewellery like Engraving, Embossing, doming, Bending, wire work, forging, etc
• Use of different files
• Make different types of collets, Bezels, etc…
• Making of collate for different settings such as prong, bezel
• Making of pendants of various shapes
• Soldering technique
• Types of soldering techniques
• Making of rings
• Earring making with clutch
• Locks, linkages of different types
• Different types of fittings and hooks used in the jewellery
• Necessity for Annealing
• Hands on Practice

Batch Commences: Batch system is not applied on this course. Candidate can join as per his/ her convenience.
