Objectives:
In this course an aspirant will learn Rubber Mould Packing, Vulcanizing, Cutting, Wax Injecting & Wax Tree making.
After completion of the course, Candidate can do job in any Jewellery Manufacturing unit.
Syllabus:
- Introduction to tools, consumables, and equipments
- Technique of mould packing
- Vulcanizing procedure for rubber moulds
- Use of Blades, Blade handle and Clamps
- Rubber mould cutting technique
- Wax injection procedure
- Operation of Wax injector
- Wax tree making.
- One month Internship
