Chocolate Craft Course (Modeling Chocolate Cupcakes)

Ready to move one step above chocolate making? Let’s do crafting then!Modeling chocolate is a versatile chocolate paste which can be crafted in a variety of forms. The paste can be easily crafted to make figurines, objects, flowers, patchwork, stripe work and filler decorations using hand techniques. Hence, making it completely different from molding chocolates. All raw materials used in this course are available locally.

What you will learn

• This class begins with making of modeling paste.

• Mastering the recipe for dark chocolate.

• Coloring and handling white chocolate.

• Making figurines, objects, flowers, patchwork, stripe work and other filler decorations.

• Recipes shared of truffle, chocolate butter cream, modelling chocolate.

• Chocolate is all about temperatures, so we will be teaching you all the correct techniques to work with chocolate.

Designs taught

Bow by hand technique – by this technique you can make variable sizes.
Rose by hand technique – using this technique you will churn out small and medium roses without any cutter.
Goat or lion figurine
Teapot
Car
Baby booties
Owl or elephant
Designer purse
Patch Work – mat, quilt, muffler etc

These designs have been selected carefully so that you get an idea on crafting various things ranging from objects to figures. In this process you learn to use different consistencies for crafting.

This course will ensure to kick start your crafting career/hobby with modelling chocolate.

Class Time
This is a 1 day class. It starts at 9:30 a.m. and runs up to 5:00 p.m. Everything is taught step by step, while you work on your 9 cupcakes and at the end of the class you get to take home your designed set.

Tools
We supply everything, so you need not bring anything with you.
