A comprehensive course on chocolate making
Workshop starts with tasting world’s finest and premium couverture chocolates. As a chocolatier it is very important for you to understand how to taste chocolates in proper manner.
Most importantly you will develop a recipe of your own and make chocolates with the same.
Workshop proceeds with lot of techniques mentioned below.

Understand importance of temperature and crystallization points
