Personality Development Program
TTA covers all aspects of a professional's personality such as conversation skills, communication skills, presentation skills, conflict management skills, writing, interviewing skills and business etiquette. It is a classroom based training program, which is highly interactive in nature and uses modern tools to teach and improve the overall perspective of the participants.
Training Modules
1. Conversation Skills
Recognize the need to be a good conversationalist-Eliminate the embarrassment of using awkward speech patterns-Use ideas and demonstrate creativity in speech-Express thoughts confidently and enthusiastically-Make appropriate statements for different language functions.
2. Business Communication
Apply the components of verbal communication to their speech- Respond to non-verbal cues in communication- Differentiate between styles of communication- Appreciate the way conversations can be made to work towards a win-win situation by using positive and assertive means of communication- Demonstrate appropriate listening skills- Create an impact through powerful and effective communication- Recognize the benefits of assertive communication and its use in professional context- Demonstrate the importance of written communication.
3. Presentation Skills
Learning to prepare for a presentation- Learning to use tools that enhance the effect of the presentation- Being able to conduct presentations in a smooth and self-assured manner- Making optimum use of the time allocated to them- Being able to feel confident before, during and after any presentation- Learning to present with clarity and precision.
4. Interpersonal Skills
Identify your styles and understand other people's styles of communication- Identify ingredients of good interpersonal skills- Understand value of win-win situation- Communicate effectively with assertion- Building rapport with people- Listen to solve issues- Recognize causes and indicators of conflict resolution- Develop a heightened understanding to make relevant changes to one's behavior and reduce conflict- Using common methods of resolving conflicts when faced with conflict- Develop own personal style of reacting to situations and begin to create a ladder of skills for resolving conflict- Working successfully with teams and collaborating to achieve win-win situation.
5. Creative Thinking

6. Business Writing
Use of corporate structure while writing-Apply a positive tone in business communication- Be crisp while writing- Write in grammatically correct language.
7. Interviewing Skills
Systematically prepare for an interview from organization's perspective and taking care of candidate's needs as well- Plan an opening and a closing for a selection interview- Construct primary and secondary questions to ask the company representative.
8. Campus to Corporate
