COURSE OBJECTIVES

REPSI (Ramanathans Effective Public Speaking Institute)

We are RAMANATHANS, pioneers in the field of training with five decades of experience in training personnel from various walks of life. From 1963 to 1972 we conducted training in Mumbai and from 1972 onwards, we are based at Chennai. In the last 50 years of training, we have so far conducted 5,000 training programmes covering more than 1,00,000 persons.

We specialize in conducting public programmes at Chennai during week-ends and In-house training programmes during week-days for several organizations, both in the public sector and private sector, both in India and also abroad. We conduct programmes in various states of India. Though 95% of our programmes are conducted in English, we also conduct programmes in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam.

Our training programmes are highly practical & result-oriented, with a combination of lectures, exercises, presentations, video recording, role-plays, games etc. and hence the participants find the same to be extremely useful. Repeat programmes are conducted at all the corporate in which we conduct In-house training programmes and that itself justifies the usefulness of our In-house programmes. Our best ambassadors are our past participants.

The third generation has started attending our public programmes, which also proves the productivity of our training, and our public programmes.

We conduct regular public programmes during week-ends, at Chennai on

• “Effective Communication, Public Speaking & Personality Development” (Only on Sunday mornings, for eight weeks & a fresh batch starts during every odd month of the year).
• “Strengthen Your English” (On Saturdays & Sundays, in the afternoons, for six weeks i.e. 12 classes & a fresh batch starts during every even month of the year)

We conduct In-house training programmes during weekdays for several organizations on various topics.
