Chocolate Making, which will include :-
Cashew Crunch, Mint Crispies, Almond Rocks, Orange Crunchy, 5 Star, Bounty, Rum & Raisins, Chocopie, Toblerone, Chocolate Florentines, Brittles, Malibu Truffles, Chocolate Fudge Coins, Cream Caramel Chocolates, Cinna-Chilly Chocolate, Strawberry Butterfly Sours, Melting Coffee Hearts, Ferrero Rocher, Creamy Rose Cups.
All the material would be provided in the workshops itself. All courses would be a hands-on practical session. Other than the practical, many other recipes with similar process and variations would be given along with the handouts. A part of the items from the practicals would be distributed to each student. Private classes are also taken on request basis. All the item can be made with eggs and without eggs.
