Redbricks Teachers Institute has designed a holistic and experiential six month Post Graduate Program in Early Childhood and Care Education (ECCE). Early childhood care and education encompasses children from birth to eight years of age (preschool, kindergarten and early primary years). There is increasing research evidence that these early years of life are a critical period for development as the rate of development is most rapid in this period. The early years provide a base for all domains of development- physical, social, emotional, language, cognitive and creative.

It is vital that early childhood educators are trained and sensitive professionals who understand the developmental needs of children at this age and implement appropriate practices for their optimal development. ECCE is a highly specialized area in which there is a dire need for well-trained and professional educators. The pre-school sector in the country is growing at an exponential rate while parents and schools are realizing the need for well-trained early childhood educators. Many young women are increasingly opting for this field due to shorter working hours and for the satisfaction of working with young children. However, it is important that the pre-schools and its teachers adopt scientific practices in the early childhood classrooms. This program will equip the participants with the right knowledge, skills and attitude to be highly effective early childhood educators, in order to make their mark in this fast growing field and in the lives of many young children.

Plus one morning for on-field Practice teaching at Redbricks education for non-working teachers working students would practice their sessions in the respective educational institute/organisation associated with

Some Young children may require care while their mothers are attending the lectures, then the institute will provide for such a care with the presence of a maid and a room. The fees will be charged for over the entire 10 months course.
