Train The Trainer" Course Duration :

20 days programme - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (4 times a week)- 3.5 hrs per day.

"Train The Trainer" Weekend programme :

Only on SUNDAYS - 7 HRS PER SUNDAY (10 Sundays) (inclusive of lunch break and tea breaks)

Timing: for Sundays sessions.
10:30 am to 05:30 pm

Who should attend our "Train The Trainer" Programme

• Anybody above the age of 23 yrs.

• Graduates / Under graduates with Good English.

• The course is suitable for anyone new to a training position, who has been asked to take on training responsibilities within their existing role, or

• Even experienced trainers wishing to refresh skills.

No prior experience is necessary

Certification

• Every student is expected to have 100% attendance.

• Behind Your certificate all the marks attained during the course will be mentioned.

• You would have a Theory Examination each week and Final Presentation Examination.

• You would be given assignments to complete in the period of 20 days to be submitted at the end of the course.

• The best assignment folder will be awarded.

Career as a Trainer

Though training has not been taken too seriously in India, it is now emerging as a fast-growing and lucrative profession within the services industry.

There is no one method to become a trainer. I have hardly seen any person making an ambition to become a trainer in the beginning of his or her career. It’s a job that people come to after they've worked for a while and gained experience.

Skills required for a career in training

1. Trainers need to possess a natural ease in dealing with people

2. Ability to present themselves with confidence, be able to speak before a large audience with conviction and passion and have a mature thought process

3. Be able to create training material relevant to their audience, spontaneity to respond to difficult situations with ease. This could be done only with a lot of Practice and knowledge of the subject.

4. Should possess a Good sense of humor, loads of enthusiasm and most importantly a passion for the subject matter that is being presented as well as no matter how dull the subject is.

Career as Trainer in BPO

Training in the BPO industry can be split into three basic elements:

Voice and accent training:

The objective of the trainer is to improve the speech and diction of the trainees and help them develop a 'global, neutral accent'.

The pay-off

While full-timers can expect a starting annual package of Rs 4.5 lakhs to Rs 7 lakhs annually, freelancers can expect to earn anywhere between Rs 2,500 and Rs 8,000 per day for an eight-hour shift.
