Eligibility to write Six Sigma Black Belt Exam:

• Participants must be Six Sigma Green Belt certified

• Note: If you bring a Green Belt project, AADS Education will help you in executing them.

• Participants must submit their work profiles to our institute prior to the commencement of training.

• Participants should attend a telephonic interview with our certified Black Belt trainer to check your capability for Black Belt.

Participants are encouraged to come equipped with the following:

• Laptop installed with Minitab (at least a trial version) and R(programming language available free on the net).

• Bring one project- Process map, Data and other relevant details.

Our Process:

The process we follow involves the following:

• 5-days (45 hours) training sessions.

• Opportunities to present on different topics ( to become trainer)

• Homework and Exams at regular intervals

Who can attend?

Any graduate with a minimum of three to five years of work experience as an executive in any organization with passion/ aptitude for process improvement, and having completed Six Sigma GB training and closed, at least, one project.

The role of Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) involves full time working on Six Sigma related activities in an organization. This includes taking up Black Belt projects, carrying out all the phases of DMAIC methodology, implementing the project to closure, training Green Belts (GB) and Yellow Belts (YB), hand-holding GBs etc. This requires SSBB to be a leader, trainer and having knowledge of all relevant tools and techniques-Statistical and analytical.
