Eligibility for certification examination:

To appear for the ITIL® Intermediate ST examination, the following requirements should be fulfilled:

• As a part of approved training course, the candidate should at least have 21 contact hours for this syllabus.

• The 21 hours include: hours of instruction, excluding breaks, with our institute

• Preferably he/she should be an IT professional with minimum 2 years of work experience.

• As a part of examination preparation, participants should complete at least 21 hours of personal study from the syllabus mentioned.

Prerequisites for the training:

Aspirants willing to become ITIL® Intermediate Service Transition trained professionals should have an ITIL® V2/V3 Foundation & Bridging certificate in IT Service Management. This certificate should be presented as evidence to the management, well before appearing for the training.

Course Details:

• Duration of ITIL® Intermediate Service Transition training is 2 days

• We will conduct a paper based examination conducted after the training

• The certificate will be awarded after successfully passing the examination
