Saxphone is the most appreciated sound among the woodwind "reed" instruments. There are four types of saxophones classified by their range, namely Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone. The Alto and Tenor are more common than the others. The saxophone is typically a part of jazz, funk/soul and pop bands.
