Learn to cook traditional Goan food with local chefs. In this class, you will prepare 4 different dishes, that you will be tasting after the class.

Chicken

Fish & Seafood

  • Bangde ambot (Mackerel in coconut curry),

  • Fish Recheado,

Pork Dishes

  • Goan pork Vindaloo,

Inclusions

  • All ingredients required for the class

  • A small cookbook with the main recipes will be provided at the beginning of the class.

Exclusions

  • Alcoholic drinks or non-alcoholic beverages during the lunch

  • Hotel pickup / drop off (you need to arrange from your hotel/guest house)

Prices & Reservation

INR 2,500 per person for a 4 hours class and market visit

How to make a Reservation

  • Confirm your seat by paying just INR 500 online. Pay the rest in cash at the beginning of the class.

  • Block your seat by booking online and choosing the "Pay later" option.

  • Date change: Let us know 3 days in advance in case of a date change. If there is a vacant spot, we'll definitely accommodate you.

  • Cancellations made 3 days before the class will be fully refunded.

Itinerary

9:30am: Meeting in Siolim House and departure to the Market visit

10:00am: Drive back to the cooking school and presentation of the menu of the day
10:15am: Beginning of the cooking
01:00 pm: Gastronomic lunch to taste your self cooked dishes. Ends at 13h30-14h
