ANAHATA group classes are dynamic yet meditative. The one hour practice helps the students to reintroduce to themselves by divulging in higher levels of fitness and deeper levels of peace. The group classes are divided in two levels-level 1 for beginners to lay a strong foundation for their yoga practice with emphasis on alignment and breath coordination and level 2 for intermediate students to enhance their practice and take it to a more dynamic level with emphasis on strength,flexibility and endurance.
Combination of Power Vinyasa Yoga, Traditional Yoga & Hatha is being taught in group classes.

At Anahata Yoga zone, our Yoga Instructors are dedicated to the qualities of the Heart Chakra radiating warmth and love in their way of teaching. To them, Yoga is beyond what they do for a living, it is a way of life. Yoga Instructors at Anahata Yoga are all extremely qualified with deep knowledge of Yoga as well as immense teaching experience which you can trust.
We realize that no two individual are alike and each one has their own strengths and weaknesses. Keeping this focal point in mind here the instructors push and motivate the students to achieve the best in a class.
Here classes are for 1 hour each, and no two classes are ever the same! Every class deals with different elements of fitness through Yoga (cardio, strength, flexibility & balance). Different body-parts are trained in each class, and the asanas vary so that the entire experience is never monotonous! The classes are result-oriented and help you get in shape externally and be in tune with your inner self.

We are inspired by the teaching and practices of the Bihar, Iyengar and Asthanga Schools of Yoga, and includes Hatha, Vinyasa and Power Yoga.
About Pratibha
Pratibha Agarwal is a certified power yoga teacher practicing yoga since a very early age. She is recognized as one of India’s few Registered yoga teachers by yoga alliance U.S.A.
Having been trained under masters from U.S and India with a long and in depth association with yoga, she has been able to incorporate a lot of variety in her classes keeping the essence of yoga, an aspect that her students look forward to.
Pratibha has successfully conducted various yoga classes and workshops in various parts of the country.
Her professional achievements in yoga are:

She believes that a true celebrity is one who celebrates each and every moment of life and that is possible if you are in tune with the present and this tuning comes through the practice of yoga
