The Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) course trains the student to offer effective HR solutions in a rapidly changing business scenario. They are fine tuned in key areas of HR management such as problem-solving, decision-making, self management and interpersonal skills. Established in Mumbai in the year 2000, FIMR made the transition from a placement institute offering management students a route to hands-on, practical training to becoming a sought-after B-school. - In 2000, FIMR’s academic programmes started with training in IT and vocational courses.
- In 2007, FIMR established its campus in Pune offering Industry oriented programs in Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management and Quality Management.
- In 2008, FIMR formed alliance with one of the few institutes accredited by ASCB (Europe) Ltd - U.K., for conducting Quality Management and Six Sigma Certification.
- In 2008, FIMR further associated with BRISC-CARR Group, Canada to offer certificate courses in Modern Retail Management.
- In 2008, DPSS, registered with Pune University and is now recognized as Foresight College of Commerce, FIMR offering management programs to both graduate and undergraduate aspirants. Early 2009 FIMR received a certificate from American Universities Accreditation Council (AUAC) for adopting American Education pattern.
