Overview, Content & Syllabus

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting led by an instructor (fitness professional), although it can be done solo and without musical accompaniment. With the goal of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness, practitioners perform various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises.

Formal aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity. Aerobics classes may allow participants to select their level of participation according to their fitness level. Many gyms offer a variety of aerobic classes. Each class is designed for a certain level of experience and taught by a certified instructor with a specialty area related to their particular class.

Origins:
In 1968, a person known as Jackie Sorenson developed a series of dance routines known as the aerobic dance to considerably improve the cardiovascular fitness. In this way aerobic dance and other form of exercises gain existence and made its way cautiously among the masses all over United States and many other counties and that too in a very short span of around two decades.

Calories Burnt:
During low-impact aerobics, you’ll burn approximately 365 calories per hour if you weigh 160 pounds, 455 calories per hour if you weigh 200 pounds, and 545 calories if you weigh 240 pounds.

For high-impact aerobics, those respective weights would burn about 511, 637, and 763 calories per hour.

  • 24 Classes: Rs.5950/- + Service Tax
  • 1 Month 8 classes: Rs.1,500+ Service Tax(Kids)
  • 1 Month (8 - 96 Classes) (Various dance forms): Rs.22,000/- + Service Tax
  • 3 Months (240 – 288 Classes) (Various dance forms): Rs.55,000/- + Service Tax
  • 6 Months (480 – 576 Classes) (Various dance forms): Rs.99,000/- + Service Tax
  • 12 Months (960 – 1152 Classes) (Various dance forms): Rs.1,80,000/- + Service Tax

  • 8 classes to be consumed within 1 month of registration.
  • 24 classes package to be consumed within 3 months.
  • The above fee does not include Yoga class by Bharat Thakur, Aerobics, Pilates & Ninjuitsu.
  • Fees once paid cannot be refunded or transferred.
  • College Students get 30% discount on Weekday classes
