Diploma in Advance Service Management (DASM)

This course is broadly divided into two parts. Parts 1: covers basically Soft Skills and Part 2 is about Technical Skills. The areas that we cover under these two heads are as follows:

• Soft Skills

  Effective communication – Here the communication skills are developed in three phases.

• Grammar Rectification

• Confidence Building

• Voice and accent Neutralization

1. Grammar Rectification - We start with Grammar Rectification with back to back classes for 40 days, as we understand that no matter how good someone speaks in English if the grammar is not correct they will land up being looked down by others. After which –

Confidence Building – Here the intensity of classes are reduced to 3 classes per week which later on reduces to 2 classes per week which again gets reduced to 1 class per week towards the end and this goes on till the 10th month of the course. Here we train the students on confidence building complete with tongue exercises where their tongue gets used to speaking in this language along with their mental ability to process and convert thoughts in speeches in English.

3. Voice and Accent Neutralization – Towards the end of their course we start the Voice and Accent Neutralization program.

Grooming – Here the Students are taught on the standards of Corporate and industry related grooming their individual skin types and how to go about applying of the make ups so to portray as per the requisite standard of the industry along with Diet and weight management.

Personality Development - This is a very vast subject and every people or organization may have their own understanding of what a personality development is. For us from the point of view of the students Personality Development means being confident within himself or herself. Hence our Personality Development regime as topics like emotional quotient, stress management, time management etc but apart from this we also send our students to Unisex, a reputed Gymnasium for training.

• Technical Skills –

Cabin Crew Aviation management focuses on management principles that keep airlines, running safely and smoothly. In this course the students are taught everything from joining to meeting government security regulations to making sure passenger's in-flight experience is of cherish and delight . We teach our students about all the Passenger handling, safety regulations and concern and other related skills they'll need to perform in the complex functioning of the aviation industry. Here the Students are taught and trained on the different roles and responsibility of a Cabin Crew as well.

Airport Handling Airports are often compared to beehives because they're so busy. Airport management includes managing ground operations at an airport, looking after fares & ticketing, taking charge of security and lots more. Airport management offers a great career opportunity at an airport or in any airlines. Here the students are trained on the different departments of the Domestic as well as International airports.

Hotel Operation and Service Hotel industry provides varied exciting, interesting and different careers to prospective and promising enthusiasts. In this segment, the Students are trained for the different departments in a hotel (e.g. Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverages Services etc.) Our curriculum is based on internationally recognized materials currently approved and used by the leading hotels and tourism companies worldwide. The curriculum is at perfect sync with the industry.

• Interview Skills Here we understand from the students the specific industry where they want to join and accordingly interview skills classes are provide to them.

Value Added Career Enhancement Program Swimming and First Aid training and Certification which is mandatory out of anybody who wants to be a cabin crew.
