Advanced DSLR Photography Course

What will you learn from this course?

1. Shooting people – Portrait photography - Natural light Portraits – Window light portraits - Use of reflectors – fill in flash using portable speed lights

2. Studio lighting techniques and correction techniques – Understanding studio digital flashlights and accessories. Studio portraits (Study to take pictures of people beautifully. Plus, how to make anyone look great!. Studio Portrait lighting styles and correction techniques in detail) – model portfolio shooting - out door portraits using studio flash.

3. Flash photography – understanding speed lights – master & slave – multiple flash setups – first and second curtain flash synchronization techniques.

4. Contemporary Wedding/Event photography – learning to shoot wedding in the photojournalistic and candid style. Use of professional flash in wedding locations.

5. *Table Top – Product Photography – understanding still life lighting – shooting for catalogues, displays, advertising including food and jewel outdoor and indoor subjects - extension tubes - flash extension cables, Ring flashes.

1. *Location photography - Panorama – HDR – Perspective correction

2. *Camera RAW correction techniques.

Note: *The topics marked with star will be included alternatively in batches. Learners can also study only these topics along with the batch by paying appropriate fees.

How will you learn the above?Through extensive lessons, experienced senior faculty guidance, practical exercises, reviews and projects.

What will you get on completion of the course?
Completion of the course means, submission of final project to the standard which are mandatory for the course. You'll get a certificate of Advanced DSLR Photography. Of course you get a lot of new friends as well.

Eligibility & Prerequisites:

Must have done the basic photography course in Ambitions, or must be a practicing studio professional. Learner with visual communication/Bachelor of Arts degree is also eligible. Must possess a DSLR camera with 18mm to200mm lenses, portable speed light flashes, laptop.

The optional equipments required are, macro lens, tripod, remote cable release

Age limit: below 45 years.

Duration: 13 weekends (10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on Saturdays & 2.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on Sundays).

Course Fee:Indian Rupees 28,100/- (inclusive of Service Tax).For foreign students USD. 1124/= (USD1000/= plus 12.36% service tax) The fee in full have to be paid at least 15 days before the commencement of the course
