Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Retail

PGDM (Retail Management) programme aims at developing a retail manager with through knowledge and industry exposure. It enhances the employability of the students with the use of extensive Industry integrated training. The programme follows a Trimester model which includes the concept of On Job Training wherein from the Summer Internship at the end of the third semester onwards the students are involved in live training with the major retailers of the country. The On Job Training would continue after the summer internship as from the 4th semester onwards the student goes to a retail company for Live Training 4 days a week. This would be a paid internship which will continue till the end of the programme.

Short Listing:

The criteria for short listing candidates for GD and Personal Interviews is based on multiple factors like:

• Performance at National Level entrance tests CAT/ MAT/ XAT.

• Past academic performance.

• Work experience, if any, in terms of job content and organizations.

• Extra curricular activities, other interests and accomplishment.

Selection Process/Admission:

• Final selection is based on the overall performance in GD & PI, Entrance Tests, Past academic record and Work Experience.

• Selection/Non-Selection of a candidate is a decision of Admission Panel set by ACCMAN Institute of Management. A candidate shall not seek the information on the process of admission.

• To attend GD/PI, please carry attested copy of all your academic certificates of 10th, 12th, Graduation and photocopy of your entrance score card CAT/CMAT/XAT etc.
