Eligibility:
(Pre-requisites)

Bachelor’s degree of 3 year duration or equivalent with 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized university of India.
Those candidates who are appearing for their final graduation or equivalent examinations up to 30th June, 2013 are also eligible to apply subject to furnishing of documentary evidence before 30th September, 2013.

Overview, Content & Syllabus

This programme is meant for those who want to shape their career in management and excel in it. It follows a six trimesters, including compulsory summer internship training after completion of the first year. In the second year the students opt for 12 electives (6 in term IV, 4 in term V and 2 in term VI) in addition to the compulsory core courses. Summer internship (minimum 8 weeks duration) and dissertation is equivalent to 6 credits. This enables the students to pursue in depth learning in the area of their specialization. The electives cover a minimum two functional areas of specialization which equip the students with multiple functional skills.

Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM programme at ACCMAN Institute of Management (recognised by AICTE & Ministry of HRD) are required to go through a rigorous admission process which ensures selection of the suitable candidates.

Short Listing:

The criteria for short listing candidates for GD and Personal Interviews is based on multiple factors like:

  • Graduate from any recognized university with minimum 50% marks / 45% for reserved category.

  • Selection on the basis of scores in CAT/CMAT/MAT and GD & PI.


ACCMAN considers CAT score for short listing of candidates for its fulltime Post Graduate Diploma in Management (IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme).

Selection Process/Admission:

  • Final selection is based on the overall performance in GD & PI, Entrance Tests, Past Academic Record and Work Experience.

  • Selection/Non-Selection of a candidate is a decision of Admission Panel set by ACCMAN Institute of Management. A candidate shall not seek the information on the process of Admission further.
